Social Media & Influencer Marketing scope of work total: $14,250

Phase 1: Paid Social Advertising Monthly Management for $8,200

There are three phases of this monthly retainer starting with the paid social advertising management. For this phase, a paid social media manager and graphic designer will work together to create paid media campaigns. 

The graphic designer will kick things off each month by designing the overall direction for the campaigns that will meet the client’s goals. They’ll create up to three directions for $2,400. They’ll also design up to three interactive and responsive HTML5 ads for $600.

Next, the social media manager will handle everything from determining the ad budget ($700) to configuring AB testing parameters ($600) to managing and optimizing the campaigns on an ongoing basis ($1,500). The social media manager will also put together a report on campaign performance for the month for $2,400.

Phase 2: Organic Social Media Monthly Content, Community and Management for $2,750

In addition to paid social advertising, this monthly retainer includes organic social media content creation and management. This portion of the project again calls for the expertise of the graphic designer and social media manager. 

The social media manager will build the monthly social media calendars for each of the client’s platforms for a total of $800. 

Based on the calendars and client direction, the graphic designer will then create social media assets that are optimized for different platforms. They’ll create up to five assets for $450. 

Finally, the social media manager will write the captions to go along with the creative. They’ll write up to five captions for $1,500.

Phase 3: Influencer Marketing Monthly Management for $3,300

Here’s where the influencer marketer comes in to work their magic. The influencer marketer will team up with the designer and social media manager to take on the final piece of the monthly social media retainer. 

The influencer marketer will manage social media influencer campaigns based on the influencer engagement strategy for $900. After the campaign has been executed, they’ll also put together a report each month for $2,400. The report should include segmentation by creative, target audience, and platform, along with recommendations for the next campaign.
