Phase 1: Discovery for $2,725
Kick off the campaign creative direction project by analyzing any onboarding materials from the client. Digging into the background of the project and forming initial research could potentially be an overlooked service, but is definitely something you should be charging for. Our scope of work template recommends charging $250.
From there, you’ll develop a strategic creative brief that provides insights to help guide ideas and concepts for the campaign. Create one document that’s up to three pages long for $900.
During the discovery phase, you’ll also hold weekly meetings to discuss high-level strategy, upcoming content, performance reports, insights, and recommendations. Conduct these meetings as long as necessary while you and the client are planning and aligning everything that needs to be executed. Our scope recommends charging $1,575 for up to a half-day, once a week.
Phase 2: Execution for $4,500
Time to put those creative muscles to work. The second phase of the campaign creative direction scope of work is all about executing.
You’ll start by creating a high-level brand campaign strategy for $900. Then, based on research and analysis you’ll develop advertising concepts and present those concepts to the client for $600.
The biggest element of this phase is designing directions for the campaign materials. Based on existing styling and branding guidelines, you’ll share distinct campaign design directions that meet the client’s needs for $2,400.
To wrap up the execution phase, you’ll review and provide feedback on the client’s in-house creative content. Create one report for $600 that includes detailed notes, suggested revisions, and a follow-up call to discuss feedback.
Phase 3: Handoff for $2,650
What’s a campaign without any results? After the campaign has been executed, you’ll put together a report of its performance for $2,400. The report should include segmentation by creative, target audience, and platform, along with recommendations for the next campaign.
Close out the project by delivering final materials to the client in the final format(s) you agreed upon for $250.
