Phase 1: Local SEO Optimizations for $6,450

This scope of work template for an SEO manager is short and sweet with only one project phase. 

You’ll kick off the project by creating a local profile for your client using an SEO tool like Moz or Ahrefs ($300). Doing this will further prop up the client’s Google Business profile. You’ll then optimize the client’s Google Business profile using keywords, descriptions, business categories and images for $450. 

Next, you’ll provide new content recommendations based on competitor sites to identify any missing areas of content that will affect audience targeting. Put your recommendations into one report for $900. You’ll also provide on-page recommendations for local optimizations that will be made for the client’s site. This includes the home page, locations pages, and services pages to expand local audience targeting. You’ll put together your recommendations into one report for $900. 

After providing recommendations, you’ll conduct local SEO industry updates to make sure the client is in the know of new industry releases. You’ll put together one report of recent releases that could be beneficial to future optimizations and are good for the client to keep in mind ($900). 

The largest deliverable for the local SEO scope of work is to implement on-site SEO optimizations. Using technical SEO, you’ll optimize up to 20 pages and make recommendations that could include product page or category page recommendations (includes title tags and meta descriptions), and webpage-specific SEO recommendations. The full implementation is priced at $1,500. 

To provide ongoing services, you’ll maintain the client’s SEO data with updates to page titles, meta tags, keywords and other SEO data to help optimize searchability for a client. You can also develop another local SEO industry update report as needed for $900. 

While this scope of work template is designed for a solo SEO manager, you could easily partner with a website designer for a larger scope of work.
