The creative director will then lead initiatives around audience personas, creative directions and overall strategy.

To wrap up the first month, the content creator will create content guidelines for an episodic content series. The content brief will include word count, topic, title, and keywords and be put together into one report for $1,100. Month 2: Scaling for $9,700

The next month is all about scaling — which means tons of content creation.

The content creator will have a full plate during this phase, so the team could consider bringing on another content creator for support if needed. After all, team scopes tend to earn more than individual ones.

Their deliverables — which will all align with the creative direction and ideation led by the creative director — include everything from coordinating a video shoot to editing videos to publishing and optimizing the videos for TikTok. They’ll also report on the monthly campaign performance.

Month 3: Account Engagement for $9,700

For the final month of the three-month TikTok strategy, growth, and account management scope of work, the content creator will continue creating, editing, and publishing videos for the client’s TikTok.
