Casting Call scope of work total: $5,250
Phase 1: Virtual Casting for $3,300
The pre-casting services will take place virtually. The production manager will kick-off the engagement by holding a discovery meeting with the brand to align on goals and process for the casting call. One discovery call, which includes meeting notes that outline the project, is priced at $900.
Next, the production manager will also create a casting call structure that defines the process and will guide the call during the next phase. Our scope of work template recommends charging $900 for a 1-2 page document, but if you choose to create a longer document, adjust your price accordingly.
To wrap up the pre-casting services, the talent manager will research and scout appropriate talent for the project. This service includes post breakdowns, review submissions and run auditions to put together one cast for $1,500.
Phase 2: In-Person Casting for $1,950
Time to cast. The talent manager will kick off the in-person casting by leading pre-interview meetings with the talent and prepping them for the camera with preview questions, lighting needs, wardrobe, and other production elements.
The production manager will create and maintain a call sheet document that gives the cast and crew all the important information such as date, time, address, weather, and scenes to be filmed, prior to the production date. They’ll put together one document for $450.
This is also where the production manager will create another casting call structure that will guide everyone through the in-person casting ($900).
