SEO scope of work total: $13,500

Phase 1: Discovery for $1,500

This is the time to perform audits on websites to evaluate how optimized they are for organic search. This includes analyses of keywords, competitors, technical implementation, content, links, and user experience. The Discovery Phase wraps up with a report of findings along with recommendations for improvement.

Phase 2: Strategy for $1,800

Once you’ve done all the research, it’s time to hit the ground running by using keyword research tools to discover high- and low-competition keywords and put together a comprehensive SEO strategy. This means finding key phrases  that people might search to find your client’s products or services, including how often they’re used, in which locations, at which times of year, and match types.

Phase 3: Execution for $8,550

Now to put all the little beautiful parts together. From implementing website or link structure optimizations to writing blog posts, this phase puts all your work together into tangible deliverables and changes. We’ve priced blog posts at $450 each, so you may adjust the numbers accordingly if you plan on writing a higher number of posts for your client.

Phase 4: Reporting for $150

Time to track! This phase is a deep dive on metrics, which includes producing  website traffic reports to the client and walking them through findings.

Phase 5: Ongoing support for $1,500

This price point assumes that you’ll be pretty hands on even after the SEO strategy has been implemented. It might include ongoing on-site optimizations, content marketing, and link building for one website (up to 30 keywords, 30 page changes, 30 links, 3 guest blogs).

So the next time you’re sitting down to build a scope on Wethos, make sure you’re saving time (and money!) with our snappy templates. Do you have a go-to template that you use on your own? We’d love to add it to our library — and compensate you!
