Web Analytics scope of work total: $4,950
Phase 1: Discovery and Strategy for $750
As an SEO manager, you know what you’re looking for when conducting an SEO audit.
But before you dive in, you’ve got to know what you’re working with! Review the client’s existing web analytics account and put together a report of your initial findings and recommendations for $600. Be sure to retrieve the client’s login credentials as part of the onboarding process.
After presenting your findings, you’ll also put together a list of web analytics goals based on your recommendations and input from the client. Create one document for $150.
Phase 2: Execution for $2,250
Since SEO is your jam, you’re probably well-versed in everything from content strategy to campaign tracking. But if you want to focus more on the high-level goals for this project, then you may want to team up with someone who can handle the execution phase.
This is where you can bring on another team member like a paid digital or programmatic manager. They’ll be responsible for setting up technical configurations like AB testing parameters, campaign tracking URLs, and creating variant landing pages for AB testing.
When building your scope, you can assign a team member to individual projects within a phase so it’s clear who owns what part of the project.
Phase 3: Reporting and Hand-off for $1,950
The final phase of our web analytics scope of work template is all about presenting your findings to the client. Put together a report of the website traffic received during the time of the project, and tap into the expertise of the programmatic manager again to prepare a report of the AB testing results.
You’ll also prep the client to take over the SEO duties once the project wraps up. This is done by creating training documents about how to consume and understand standard web analytics reports. You’ll deliver these documents through a one-hour online training session for $1,200.
